Waitlist submissions

Submitting the waitlist form does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not guarantee acceptance as a patient. We will contact you when registration opens.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS messages, you authorize Jefferson Medical Centre to send text messages related to your waitlist request, clinic updates, registration availability, appointment reminders, and other healthcare-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of receiving medical care.

Age Requirements

Aberdeen Pharmacy provides healthcare services to patients of all ages. Adults may consent to receive SMS messages for themselves. Parents or legal guardians may provide consent on behalf of minors where permitted by applicable law. Anyone opting into SMS communications confirms they have the authority to provide consent for the submitted phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving medical care.

Acceptable use
